Who We Are

It started with a Disco-Pop band
and a love of community.

It all started with me singing in a Disco-Pop band, Patawawa. I loved building up a community of fans through social media. When the band finished, I completed an apprenticeship in Social Media Marketing and wanted to work in the industry. What I quickly realised was there wasn't a real hub for social media roles.

So I set up a Facebook group, became obsessed with finding and sharing jobs, and championed salary transparency. It grew fast. Then came Instagram, then the website. Five years on, I've helped hundreds of people find jobs and shared thousands of opportunities with our community.
